1.1 Information You Actively Provide

When you register or log in to your account, we may collect:

  • Email Address

  • Sub-task Information
  • Goals & Leading Indicators
  • Pomodoro Records (duration, start/end time, associated tasks, etc.)

The above account-associated data gets stored in our cloud database upon login (see Section 3).

1.2 Information Automatically Collected or Locally Saved

  • Login Session Info (used to maintain login status)
  • Pomodoro Running State & pending launch details
  • App Preference Settings
  • Anonymous Analytics Identifier (if analytics is enabled)

1.3 Temporary Information Obtained During Specific Features

  • Selected Web Text (Context Menu)

If you highlight text on any webpage and create a task via the EasyPomo context menu, the Extension will only read the highlighted text actively chosen by you to generate the task title. We do not continuously monitor, record, or upload your full browsing history or webpage content.

  • System Notifications

The Extension may send local notifications to you, such as Pomodoro completion alerts and task creation prompts.

1.4 Product Analytics Information (if enabled)

We do not activate webpage recording, automatic click capture, or session recordings via our analytics service (these functions are turned off).
